No Large Groups

We are a relaxing guesthouse in the centre of Conwy and ask that you are considerate of others staying with us.  For this reason we do not allow groups of more than 6 to book rooms and ask guests to keep noise to a respectful level so that all can enjoy their stay.

St Mary’s Church Chimes

Y Capel, set in the historic heart of Conwy, next to the stunning and imposing 12th century St Mary’s Church, original burial place of Llewelyn the Great, King of Wales in 13th century. Amongst the charms of St. Mary’s is the brief tolling of her bells every quarter of an hour morning noon and night, for the light sleepers amongst you, we recommend you a request a front room (but we do provide ear plugs in each of the rooms just in case you feel you need them). Hopefully after enjoying the coastal air or walks through the local valleys & hills and enjoying the Erskine’s hospitality you should have no trouble with wonderful nights sleep, followed up by one of the finest breakfasts in North Wales the following morning.
